Q: Do you run training classes?
YES - For corporate language training, please go to Training - English or Training - other languages.
Q: What languages can you teach?
We teach a wide variety of languages, broadly falling into the following groups:
- European, including South American variants of Spanish and Portuguese
- Middle Eastern and Far Eastern
- English, all variants

Q: How do you run large training programmes?
We take the external administration of the courses off your hands.
We will deal with:
- Initial Client Needs Analysis interviews to ensure courses meet the Client's needs
- Initial language assessments of students to ensure their compatibility with the groups
- Continuous assessment and attendance monitoring of each student
- Reporting to the Client on various indicators of student progress during and at the end of courses
- Use of electronic CRM system to support programme and class management
- Administrative processes according to ISO 9001 at every stage of the programme
