Blended training
An effective, efficient and flexible way to learn. By blending elements of our online training and tutor based support, this type of program offers the best aspects of our training to maximise your learning experience. Blended training offers the flexibility for you to learn on-site, home or at training centres, with support from both a native speaking, qualified, experienced trainer, and our online learning resources.
BS EN 15038
A new European standard for translation providers. “The European Quality Standard for Translation Services will set out the process and the requirements that form the principal basis for the provision of high quality professional translation services. It will not only take into account the translation process itself, but also all of the other steps that are involved in the supply of the service in question. One of the key aspects is quality assurance and how to ensure that its norms are followed.” Robertson Languages was one of the first companies in Britain to obtain certification to BS EN 15038. Face-to-face training
Working with a trainer face-to-face, whether at our training centre, or a location of your choice. Face-to-face training can involve one-to-one or group training structures.
Group training
Learning with multiple trainees per trainer, whether face-to-face or online.
ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management systems- requirements
This is the well-known standard for managing a company and its services in a way which leads to consistent service levels of an agreed quality. It is used in manufacturing and service companies worldwide and we were one of the first translation companies to apply it to this industry back in 1996. We see the necessary investment in time and money as essential in order to demonstrate that we really do have a quality-based approach to your projects.

One-to-one training
One to one training is private learning with one trainee per trainer. This can occur face-to-face at a location of your choice or online, or as part of a blended training program
Online training
Our comprehensive online training offers an extensive range of online materials and learning activities to improve your language skills through set activities and self-assessment. The training works on communicative, interactive and practical speech and is tailored to your course choices to suit your needs and provide an effective, flexible learning environment. The course is delivered to you through licensed software via TELLMEMORE®, our current online learning platform supplier.

The online learning platform through which online training is delivered. After extensive research Robertson Languages International has selected the TELLMEMORE® platform as part of our determination to provide an exceptional quality of service, usability and value to our clients.
Voice Training
Voice training is everything from accent softening, to developing and protecting the voice to improve communication. Aimed at clients who are non-native speakers who would like to reduce their foreign accents, native English speakers who wish to soften regional accents, and those who wish to utilise their voice to better effect in presentations.
